We are now on the lookout for an experienced Business Development Executive, eager for new challenges! On offer is an opportunity to become part of an established Inside Sales team that possesses an unparalleled entrepreneurial spirit, where everyone collaborates and supports each other to create a work environment that promotes development and growth. When appointed for this role, you will cover the United States (US) market, therefore working hours will be between 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM (India time) from our office in Chennai. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, growing our existing footprint, and selling our full range of Microsoft products and services. This will include cold calling exposure working with global stakeholders with an approximate of 100 calls per day, validating and qualifying the leads to find potential prospects, and updating in the CRM (Dynamics 365). Key to the role is your demonstrated ability to obtain meetings with potential prospects, conduct services’ presentations to the interested customers, collaborate with our Technical Team in order to support the customers, as well as sending proposals by gathering the requested technical requirements. Key responsibilities to highlight

  • Deliver the end-to-end sales cycle with a focus on Microsoft products and services and working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Maintain contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformity with the requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations
  • Assist sales/Pre-sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Build strong, effective and enduring relationships with our customers

We envisage you to be a highly motivated individual, with an eye for details and a problem-solving approach. You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, as you will mainly be working through telephone and e-mail. A key part of the role will be to collaborate with our in-house technical teams to ensure customer needs are always prioritized in order to build solid and long-lasting relationships.

Desired Competency and Experience:

  • Work experience in B2B Inside Sales within IT and Cloud Services sectors
  • Experience with solution selling, Microsoft technologies, including O365 and Azure
  • International calling experience especially to the US and UK
  • Objection handling and the ability to achieve sales targets by delivering the end-to-end sales cycle
